What I do?

I am a qualified Therapeutic Counsellor and Supervisor, and a registered member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). I currently offer counselling sessions via face to face, telephone and Zoom, providing flexible and accessible support wherever you are.

I work with adults, couples, children, and young people facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, addiction, relationship difficulties, sexual abuse, LGBTQ+ issues, and many other personal concerns. Whether you come to counselling with a clear goal in mind or are unsure where to start, we can work together to explore what is important to you and identify the changes you would like to make.

My approach is centred around you as an individual. I believe that every person is unique, and therefore counselling should be tailored to your specific needs, experiences, and circumstances. I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can speak openly, explore your thoughts and feelings, and gain a deeper understanding of yourself.

Building a trusting therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my work. My aim is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and accepted, allowing you to explore difficult emotions and experiences at your own pace. Rather than offering advice or judgement, I will support you in developing greater self-awareness, resilience, and confidence in your own ability to move forward.
